yes it was my first payment I mean I had the payment paid out via trustly or bank transfer in any case it was confirmed to me that the profit was on the way and in the live chat I was assured that the money was paid out: /

I contacted the casino, but I have to inform you, that we had in the past one complaint and they refused to even talk to me and told me that the player is supposed to contact their support in order to get help.
But hopefully we will be more successfull this time!
