Good day I have account for almost 3 years at 247spin casino. I have been playing on this plat form for long. I have always been using the mobile option to deposit money as well as from my bank. And they also had accepted my payments so that I can play slots. I have won some money that I wanted to with draw. I have verified my account sended my identification proof adress it has been accepted. I started my first with drawal on the 26 of December then it was delayed they wanted my itemized billing from my mobile service provider. It took almost a month . I received it from my service provider sended it in and the whole time they having delays checking and also sending emails I'm entitled to my winnings and it's in the final review and then all of a sudden they send me today that they has closed my account without any reason why and no payout. I'm very upset because I loved to play on this platform what I don't understand is how do you verify your details accepted everything and then all of a sudden closed my account with no reason can you please investigate.


Also I want to say that they had difficulties to payout I now they just closed my account with no reason. I also attaching screenshots with my username as well as my balance before they closed my account.

The casino let me know after 2 month's trying to do a withdrawal. And then 2 days ago they send me email that they are closing my account also bear in mind that my account was validated otherwise I wouldn't have been playing and making deposits.
