Been player on site for almost 10 years, deposited over $30000 over span and withdrew more through span. Had great relationship to site. I desided to join its Sister sites and one night decided to verify all sister site accounts and reverify the main site spin casino same time with updated info. I did exactly that, submitted documents, verified email and phone, got confirmation that all sites verified then a couple hours later went to play on site and password would not work, I tried using forgotten password link and would get no email, finally contacted support only to find that after verification completed and confirmation emails sent stating my documents verified that my account close due to myself going against sites terms and conditions? Which i knew nothing about, no email or questions asked just blocked and told decision final and no appeal possible. They also blocked all other sister sites again no real explanation just that I went against this phantom term and condition that I never had. I tried to appeal and question decision and reasoning. Support agents who actually got to know me in disbelief as nothing they could do also. After so many years building the relationship was just cut.
