I finished the 20x rollover of a 100$ bonus, I got 308 bonus. I called support, and the attendant FERNANDA said that I only needed to deposit the minimum amount and bet 1x, that I could withdraw. I deposited, placed bets, could not withdraw. I called support again, the new attendant said that I should deposit the same amount as the bonus and bet the entire amount. I asked her to check this information, because I had already been given wrong information. she said she was right. before depositing that amount, I called again, and the other attendant said that I should deposit the amount equal to the bonus, but this time, bet THREE TIMES. this in my view, it seems that they are making it more and more difficult for you not to be able to withdraw. I deposited 20 trusting an attendant and was harmed. the second also, had no responsibility. what if I deposit, call again, and this time the requirement is higher? totally without credibility. here the prints, if you didnt see

 In order to withdraw funds received from wagering a bonus, your user account must be verified and you have to make a minimum deposit.


Do I understand correctly that the winnings were accumulated from a free bonus solely? How much have you deposited until now after completing the bonus wagering, please?

please i would like to resolve this. I agree with the terms and conditions of the site, I am verified and I have already deposited. in a casino of the same family, fresh casino i withdraw successfully, but in sol casino i could not, and it was the same conditions. help me. Nice to meet you, Eddysouza6! As far as I can see, the first 2 operators are really gave you incorrect infromation. You made a deposit (20 BRL), wager it and try to withdraw, but then, you got correct information and appologize and after, you could make a correct deposit, wager it and withdraw your winning, but you preffered to use the funds and lost them, so now your balance is empty, cause you have lost your winning. Speaking about your deposit, it's impossible to give it back, because you have used it, had got the winning and used this winning in the games because you didn't want to make a deposit on the amount of the balance. Sorry for the situation, but you could deposit, win it back and withdraw, you have chosen other way and lost everything. Hope, you'll be lucky next time.

you gave me the correct information after I had already deposited 20 BRL, very convenient! I played everything, the lack of responsibility of the attendants was shameful. I won't go back to Sol Casino and I don't recommend it. i finalized the rollover of 20x, i'm very used to playing and doing rollovers. but here I won't come back, thanks for the lack of credibility.
