I have waited multiple weeks for the past few months and never received my payouts. I gave up and cancelled the withdrawal and lost the money but I don't want others to suffer the same fate. Months ago they sent me a check that they said would be from a united states bank but it was Canadian and they charged me $120 plus my $40 bank charge. It's really difficult to get paid.

Do I understand correctly that the current balance in your account is zero?

Regarding the withdrawals fees, I have checked the Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

31.Debit/Credit Card deposits may incur third-party fees for the handling of international transactions depending on the bank. These fees are charged by VISA, Mastercard, Amex, card issuers and banks may choose to pass this fee to their customers. These are bank and account type specific and out of our control.
38.For withdrawal payments less than $500.00, where the payment method has been selected as Check/Wire, a $35 processing charge may be incurred which will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal payment amount at the time of payment processing. Note: in some cases, dependent on your Bank and Account Type, there may be additional fees charged to remit funds to you. Example: Intermediary processing bank requirement, holding bank fees to receive an International wire, etc. As this is player Bank and Account Type dependent, it is beyond our control.

Please understand that some payment providers may charge fees that the casino cannot influence in any way.

If you played away all your money, I am afraid there is nothing we can do to help you. We empathize with the challenges associated with waiting for a payout, which can indeed be a trying test of patience.
