The player from Michigan was trying to cash out his maximum winnings after completing a bonus playthrough at an online casino. However, he faced difficulties as the casino's Bitcoin withdrawal process was reported to be under maintenance, and there were also issues with the money card withdrawal process. Despite our attempts to communicate with the player and gather more information to better understand and resolve the issue, the player did not respond. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I am trying to make a withdrawal for the max cash out from a bonus play thru I completed but customer service said their bitcoin withdrawal process was under maintenance. I've also tried to sign up for a money card to withdrawal through this process but the system is not working. It seems to me like this casino just doesn't want to payout!!!! Help please!!!
