Made a 1st deposit bonus of $30 got the 100% match bonus (wagering requirements are 35x the deposit and bonus ) took me all day just to wager enough which is crazy. But anyways, I won but getting payment is a total headache. I play at other places and am usually paid out within 24 hrs sometimes 2 days. Here they only allow $750 a day and they are telling me you have to wait 3 business days just to get that, then wait another 3 days after that to get the next one. I have made 2 withdrawals so far but there are also weekly limits on withdrawals which I'm not sure about yet. I have $6500 ( got very lucky on some slots I like that they have here ) to withdrawal it's going to take me about 2 months to get the money with all the waiting and loopholes they have regarding payouts.They also haven't even asked me for KYC documents yet - which I have ready of course. I'm going to guess they will ask for that on day 3 to delay the first payment even longer.

Do you think this is fair? I actually do like the site and the 24 hr customer service is good but this has kind of put me off on playing more.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

I also checked the casino's withdrawal policy and it seems that withdrawal limits are influenced by the VIP level:

Do I understand correctly based on your screenshots that you currently have 2 pending withdrawals - one from October 9 and the second from October 10?

Thanks for your reply. I actually received two payments this morning so it does just take 3 days.


I would like to delete this complaint and give the casino a good rating. But withdrawal limits and times are slow compared to other casinos.
