After a withdraw reversal I won $2,834.88 on Achilles deluxe payment not received financial team has yet to reply with confirmation my wire will be sent. More over I have not received my winnings. This delay tactic is clearly meant to tempt me to play it down to 0.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Multiple documents submitted Verification has become a nightmare due to it going to a bank then to my brokerage I have no banks that accept international wire but my brokerage who confirmed they accept international wires. However they will not verify me!
