They haven’t denied that payout yet but they have already started the delay tactics. They keep extending the timeline to review my documents. First was told 24 hours, then 24-48 hours now it’s 24-72 hours.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Nick,

I am not yet verified. I submitted my documents which they said would take 24 hours to verify. Then I submitted a withdrawal and the 24 hours became 48, then 72 to they are really busy so they will email me when they have verified and to note they don’t verify documents over the weekend.

I did use a bonus that has a 10 times max payout. They took the amount above the 10% max payout from my account when I put in the withdrawal. They have not reviewed or approved my withdrawal because they can’t do that review until I am verified which again I believe is a delay tactic as well.

it was there timeline they provided but quickly changed when I submitted a withdrawal.

I was just trying to speed up the process as I already know the next thing will be to resubmit documents. Then after I’m verified it will be they are having issues with their 3rd party payment processor.
