The player from the US is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Website advertises payouts withing 72 hours for bitcoin. They requested additional information to "verify my identity" I submitted customer service says it was accepted but I have still not received my payout. Customer service does not respond to emails and live chat representative cannot update me on status. If the casinos is not going to payout as advertised on their website they should not advertise it.
