The player from the US received a check to withdraw his winnings, and he is dissatisfied with the fee that was deducted from his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding to our messages and questions.
Hi, This Casino to me now is a Big Rip Off! I won $300.00 and wanted to simply withdraw it. After weeks or so, my submitted ID Doc's were approved for me to get my $300.00 withdraw in the mail as a CHECK. When I got the Check, it was $50.00 Short of the $300.00. When I contacted them via Chat about this, I was told that the (-) $50.00 was a FEE! They told me it was a processing fee! In the first place I never wanted a Check in the mail. I just wanted the $$ to go back onto my CC.
FINISHED here on this site! RIP OFF! You can play here but be aware if you have to make a withdraw!
Dear myinhousebigdog ,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Have you ever made any successful withdrawals before? Do I understand correctly that you chose to transfer winnings to your credit card as your withdrawal method?
Have you tried contacting the casino regarding this issue? Please, forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru. Alternatively, you can post it here.
Thank you very much for your reply.
Best regards,
Kristina
Thank you for your email, myinhousebigdog. Unfortunately, most check withdrawals are associated with a fee, which is deducted by the processor and not the casino. It is clearly stated in the banking section https://www.sportsandcasino.com/paper-check-us/
I understand your frustration, however, not all casinos can process withdrawals to the same payment methods that are available for deposits, and unfortunately, some withdrawals are processed for a fee. I am sorry, but as long as the casino shares this fact on the website, our hands are tied. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you in this matter, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this case. Thank you for your understanding.
