The payment hasn’t been approved yet so I’m guessing it won’t be paid out in 14 days.
I am not sure why I have to do this with every withdrawal. I have had to file a complaint with casino guru EVERY TIME.
I just chatted with Brian silver oak and Peter slots of Vegas. It has been past the normal time frame for approval so they have escalated these issues. Why does it take me reaching out every time to get the ball rolling.

The withdrawal had been approved but yet to be sent to our 3rd party payment providers. I have sent a request directly to our payouts department to expedite payment, hopefully we see some movement shortly. Once payment has left the casino to the 3rd party we are generally looking at 3-10 business days on delivery.
