We had identified a similarity between her complaint and another one previously submitted. After asking her for clarification, we concluded that the complaint had not been submitted by the person who experienced the issue, and hence, decided to close it.

I requested Bitcoin withdrawal almost a month ago - followed thru rules after requesting withdrawal to wait 7-10 bus days then once approved wait another 7-10 bus days indid tst than after those 2 cycles I am saw the money back in my casino account and was told to request withdrawal again n now I have to wait another 7-10 bus days n once approved to wait another 7-10 bus days --- I am so frustrated
