I have been playing with this casino for a while I have been waiting on it withdrawal since November they do any and everything possible they can to delay payment they're always apologizing for the inconvenience but never doing anything to correct the problem you never get at a definite answer on when they're going to pay you even though I am assured that it will be taking care of immediately well I'm tired of it I'm to the point they can take their $400 and keep it I would not recommend them to anybody they have no problem taking your money or Bitcoin or anything but trying to get paid is impossible

No I have not received any withdrawals from them in the past and of requested bit coin withdraw because I have played with them would be calling and debit card deposits they got both of my bike count information they got my bit coin wallet information they just use whatever stall tactics they can use I have an email stating that everything was approved and that I should be within 7 to 10 days and every time I get them a lab chat I get the same thing 7 to 10 day 7 to 10 days

Hey all,


Looks like the big hold up was with documents verification, the good news is they are updated and complete as of the 29th of December and you were recently approved for Bitcoin as a payout method so we should in theory be good to go here.


I've gone ahead and submitted the requested withdrawal directly to the requisite department for review and hopefully we have some movement shortly.

I sure will!thank you for all of your help I really appreciate it but I have documents stating all documents were in and approved before the 29th so he is blowing a little smoke because this started back in November It originally the amount was 1100.00 I would pull some out to play and I am assuming that they just start the whole withdrawal process all over and everytime I would receive an email from them with some other reason to delay the withdrawal it would take 72 hours everytime so by the time we sent for five emails back and forth it allow them to drag it out for another two weeks but anyway thank you hopefully things will go as they say but will see and I will let you know

OK just so you have an update my would draw is no longer pending and the cashier I contacted them live chat and they said that it had been approved today but they knocked it down to a $157 now they're telling me that is gonna be another 7 to 10 business days for it to be handed over to the payout team so my $1100 has gotten all the way down to a $157 I'm being told I get to wait some more So all these times they are telling you this is approve that's approved I thought they were blowing smoke like I said another 7 to 10 days so they can tell me then that after wait another 710 days this casinos ridiculous

Just as I figured they are full of you know what so my original statement still stands I would not recommend this casino to anybody for any reason it is a joke for somebody to have to spend as many hours as I've spent on this to get paid but yet they can take my money in a matter of seconds and then jerk you around and tell you it has to go through this Loop and through that hoop in through that hoop into that who that's all a bunch of crap so again I repeat stay away from this casino they will jerk you around

First I would like to apologize to you guys for not responding before now I've had some family emergencies any way they did end up paying me even though it wasn't all I was supposed to get for reasons they say they had to subtract some bonus that I never use but long story short I would have never received the money without your guys intervention and help so I want to thank you and your team very very much and I give you a 10 star rating on professionalism promptness and living up to your word as far as doing all you can do I greatly appreciate it and will recommend you to all of my friends who partake in extracurricular activities online
