The player from Georgia requested a withdrawal two weeks ago and has been informed by customer service that the payment was approved and sent to the payment team.
been told twice now by Alex Cross (customer service) that the payment was approved and had been sent to their payment team.
it was a no rules bonus. I left $400 on the account to cover deposit and bonus. I’ve submitted and received withdrawals in the past.
Not sure what the hold up is.
