I tried to get my withdrawal on 6/8/24 with my Bitcoin Verified Address. I won this money through a bonus and met all criteria.


I even tried again recently but I never even get a response. Only acknowledgement that my request has been received.

The bonus was a $100.00 free bonus with a play through of $2000.00 which I accomplished shockingly. I haven't made a deposit with this Bitcoin address but I've never had to make a deposit with I'm other to withdraw any other time or with any other casino its used for the form of withdrawal with no issues especially by Bitcoin having their own verification process. Greetings all,


I had a chance to review the situation and the win in question was the product of the 3rd consecutive free chip (with a 4th free chip deposited on top of that balance) without cash deposit. Per the terms and conditions of the casino and the free chips themselves only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. The $100 maximum cashout value of the free chip would not be eligible for withdrawal.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.
