The player from California had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, her winnings hadn't been received at that time. The player had provided all necessary information to the casino multiple times but hadn't received her withdrawal. Despite assurance from the casino for a specific date, the payment had been delayed further. After our intervention and communication with the casino, the player finally received her withdrawal. The issue had been resolved successfully and the complaint had been marked as 'resolved'.

I deposited bitcoin and played with no bonus . I gave them all my info again along with my bitcoin address . They said it's going to be 7 days and then another 7 to 10 days . It should just be put back on my bitcoin like the other casinos I play online

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No I have not and I feel like they are giving me the runaround I have given them my full name and all the other info they asked for 3 times along with my bitcoin address
