Case summary

The player from United States has requested a withdrawal through Bitcoin three weeks ago. It has been pending since. The player received his winnings, however, complaining about the deducted amount. The bonus which the player used was sticky and it's clearly stated in the casino terms. After the player requested for full amount we had to close this complaint.

I submitted my withdrawal request on Jun 30th for 500 bucks. I have submitted every piece of required verification. And ive been approved to receive my withdrawal through Bitcoin but for some reason i have yet to receive my money. They approved 2 withdrawals on july 17th. But i applied for the withdrawals way back on jun 30th. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal to eliminate any issues or delays with my payment. I need my money as soon as possiblefile

Dear Tashay,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Do I understand it correctly that $120 withdrawal has been denied initially on 30th but approved and successfully received later? Could you please advise if your winnings of $380 have been accumulated with or without active bonus? Additionally, if there’s any relevant communication between you and the casino, please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.

I understand that it might seem like a lot of inquiries, but all the requested information is essential if we wish to proceed with this case. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

Greetings Tashay, Petronela, Nick,

The approval for withdrawal was completed on the 17th and it was due to go out next week however I have intervened on your behalf and we should see that payment go out via bitcoin shortly. If not today (quite likely) then shortly after.

Keep us posted!

Best,

Nick and Slots of Vegas

I assume that it's because of 2 different withdrawal requests. If the first one was paid out then you should receive your second as well. Please let us know when you will receive the remaining amount.

I made a withdrawal request for 500 bucks on jun 30th. I only made one withdrawal request for 500. I have no clue why they split up the amount when they approved it. Tommorrow makes a month and im still awaiting the remainder of my withdrawal.

Dear Tashay,

In your first post you sent us there were 2 different withdrawals on 30th of June one for 380$ which was approved and the second one of 120$ which was denied. Did you request again for that 120$?

Greetings Nick, Tashay,

Your winning deposit was using a deposit coupon good for a 230% bonus and 30 free spins on the game Plentiful Treasure, the total value of this bonus in your case was $120. Using this coupon there is no maximum cashout (meaning that if you cashed out for $500 or $500,000 and beyond it would still be valid) however the bonus amount is non-cashable, it's an amount supplied by the casino to increase your enjoyment and your chances of winning. If you lose it, we never say a thing, it's served it purpose and hopefully you enjoyed your play. If you win on it the bonus amount is removed on withdrawal as per the terms and conditions of the bonus.

I hope this clarifies things for you and congratulations on your win!

Best wishes,

Dear Tashay,

After looking into the casino terms(https://www.slotsofvegas.com/terms.php) I found this:

"Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account."

In your case this amount is 120$, as the casino mentioned above, which you can't withdraw.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

I played through the bonus requirements. And if i supposedly owed this 120 out of my withdrawal request then it seems like you would make this non withdrawal. So your telling people that they are receiving a bonus that your charging for in the end. Sounds like false advertisement or a bogus excuse to take a portion of a players earnings. If i play through the bonus requirements then the full amount that i withdraw belongs to me period. As far as im concerned Slots of Vegas has stolen a portion of my earnings.

Dear Tashay,

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this case. This term can be found in many online casinos. Also if you check our review there you can see this information attacked to the bonuses: "When you roll-over the bonus the initial bonus value is deducted" - which in your case is 120€. Please note, that bonus money is a good-will of the casino and it's up to them how they set their rules. We are sorry that we could not help you more with this case.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in the future if you come across any troubles, we will gladly help.

Best regards,

Nick
