My verification process was completed May 25th 2020...i won may 17th 200.00 and 300.00 may 18th. I have been chatting with this casino weekly with nothing changing my payout status still says PENDING it was escalated on June 7th 2020...still nothing has changed live chat tells me they haven't heard from the payout team so there's nothing they can do! Just keep getting the run around!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal attempt in this casino? Have you received a confirmation regarding your account verification? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. Apologies for the delay on this, I have had our approvals department review and approved your two withdrawal requests. In the coming days I should be able to get them out the door to our payment provider as a check payment which I see is your preferred method of withdrawal.


It's probably best to clarify here, these withdrawals were based on two separate deposits using deposit bonuses, one total bonus amount was $110 and the other $94. The bonus amount is non-cashable and removed on approval making the total approved withdrawal amounts $190 and $106 respectively.


I'll do my best over here to get this taken care of as efficiently as possible, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

As an update, I was able to get both approved withdrawals combined and sent out to our 3rd party for payment as a check yesterday. In the coming business days you should receive a tracking number via email Cheryl, just arrange and receive delivery then deposit the check directly into your bank account.

I reviewed the account and I am still not seeing any tracking information posted as yet. This is highly unusual so I contacted the requisite department to inquire, they have assured me that there are "no known" delays with our 3rd party payment providers and requested that I be patient and the check would arrive soon.


So that is what I request of you, please be patient and the check should arrive soon.


I genuinely apologize, I really do pride myself on my ability to make things happen efficiently however once the casino has released payment we depend on our 3rd party to deliver the funds. Normally they are quite officious however this is physical check delivery in the midst of a global health crisis, it could be a bit longer than normal wait time.
