I have re eived bonuses many times. But for the last year it has been impossible. They ask constantly for more information and keep making the process longer until they find a way to deny your withdraw. There are many better casinos that actually pay your winnings. BEWARE!!! You will not get your withdraw and they will ask you for every one of your documents and say they never receive them.

Yes...many times. Now they have denied and won't give me the money I won even when I deposited my own money. So frustrating.

Do I understand it correctly that you have accumulated your winnings without any active bonus? Did you receive any explantion from the casino why your withdrawal has been denied now?
