However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I don’t think I said that right - It is still not approved and I requested it on the 13th of June. It’s now the 9th of July. Please help push this through I have already been waiting for 2 other deposits to come in from the sister casinos silveroak and raging bull for over a month now and no deposit yet.

I had a look and it appears that payment was sent to the 3rd party payment provider for disbursal as a bank wire transfer on the 1st of August. As a general rule we are looking at up to 10 business days before those funds arrive.

I have received word that there are delays currently on the part of the 3rd party payment provider, I can only apologize. The 3rd party payment system is unfortunately a necessary element when paying players through traditional banking methods and once payment is made by the casino we have no way of expediting payment.


In answer to your question britterlynne, I would highly recommend depositing and withdrawing through the crypto currency options available in the cashier. COINDRAW is incredibly fast, often paying within hours of the request. In order to qualify for crypto based withdrawal options you need to be a crypto depositor, moving forward if you deposit using crypto those options will become available and can greatly expedite the withdrawal process.


For now we wait, please let us know when the funds arrive britterlynne.
