I signed up to slots magic 5 days ago and used the code on the site for the bonus. The bonus did not add of 100 euros. I emailed 3 times and no one emailed back. No one is ever on chat. My bonus has not added and there is no way to activate it?

When exactly you used the promo code? Could you please post here a link (or promo code) to the bonus offer you redeemed? I would like to check the bonus T&Cs.
