Case summary

The player from Florida had accused the online casino of being a scam due to complex rules and policies. She claimed the casino had allowed her to redeem multiple bonuses or free chips consecutively and was then unable to withdraw her winnings due to this action. We had checked the casino's terms and conditions and found that players could not redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. We concluded that the casino had denied her winnings in compliance with their terms. Consequently, we had to reject the complaint.

This casino by far is an absolute SCAM!!!! LISTEN TO ME PEOPLE... JUST DON'T DO IT! they've got so many rules with their policies and procedures that I PROMISE YOU that you'll end up violating it somewhere, somehow... But you won't know it until you go to try and redeem your winnings! This particular casino will actually trip you up and ALLOW YOU to redeem more than one bonus or free chip in a row. I've never had an online casino (not an ethical professional one that practices fair business practices and procedures to their customers!) allow you to claim more than one coupon in a row without a deposit in-between them! THIS ONE DOES! BEWARE! I signed up originally back at the beginning of February of this year and didn't even remember or know that I had accepted any kind of free chip/bonus as a welcome from this particular casino. So when I logged back on this morning, I viewed the thirty something messages I had racked up over all this time and in these messages I had not one not two but three different offers of "free spins". One of them I selected and it successfully awarded me 30 free spins and redirected me automatically to this game to begin using the free spins. In the end, I dropped all the way to like $1 and some change and switched the slot I was playing... And started winning again. I know that usually when you claim free spins with an online casino, there's usually a limit to the amount you can cash in at. It's usually a $100 max. I had already successfully met the required playthrough and I knew this bc the extra money I had won had automatically been deducted and I had $101 left over. When you go to try to redeem this money, suddenly you start getting these notices of what's expected of you in order to redeem. Asking for verification of identity is to be expected and is totally normal. However one of the messages warned that I must now make a mandatory deposit of minimum $10 but that they'll return the $10 with my winnings "so not to worry"... But then I thought something else to be strange. This casino offers a credit/debit card as an acceptable for of payment on their website, however when you make this required deposit of $10 for your redemption, it HAS TO BE BY CRYPTOCURRENCY! what?! No where anywhere on this website does it warn any of their customers that this will be required to redeem any winnings! No where! I checked! Not everyone plays with crypto and BTW ... It costs extra money to even purchase the crypto and then usually more money to send that "$10" too! I thought I also should add really quickly, the minimum deposit amount with online casinos is $30... So how can you deposit only $10 to redeem your winnings... With crypto?! Anyway.. This is already very long, but I decided to contact customer service, which is live 24/7 .... The only positive thing I can say about the casino at this point! Even though it's live and always available though, doesn't mean they'll treat you with professionalism or actually help you in any real way so how positive could this even be? The representative ended up informing me at this time that, "oops, so sorry, you can't redeem your $101 because apparently I "violated their terms and conditions" by using more than one bonus/free chip in a row without a deposit in-between... REALLY?! 🙄🙄😳😳😳 why in the world is this casino allowing people to do it then? I didn't do this intentionally! I don't remember even claiming another free chip! This is definitely an intentional move for this casino. They are literally looking for a reason to keep from having to pay you! Trust me, there are so so many sweeps casinos that are one thousand percent better than any experience I've ever had with a typical online casino. Sweeps casinos, offer welcome sign on bonuses that don't require wagering! They also offer daily free money for just logging in! Also no wagering! And some of them offer a dollar or more every time you log in and you can definitely win the same amounts of money with the sweeps casinos as you can these other traditional online casinos such as this one. I'm totally and completely DONE with any traditional online casinos! Any bonus or free chip you EVER ACCEPT FROM THEM IS A DEFINITE SET UP! the entire thing is to keep you from being able to withdraw a single penny! It really should be totally illegal what this casino just did to me! But you know what?! They'll just hide behind their statement about following rules and procedures.... Knowing full and well that so many customers will definitely make the unknowing mistake of doing what I did today! It's so unethical! I hope this casino gets shut down! And can't continue to do this kind of crap to other people and basically steal their money! Thank God I didn't deposit any of my money. Any btw, i could still go right over to my messages and select another coupon for more free spins and guess what?! It redeemed that coupon as well... And my balance is still left at $101! Awful!

Dear Nicbrum_25,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the general T&Cs and I found this:

4.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

Please note that the vast majority of online casinos prohibit players from activating multiple free bonuses consecutively. In an ideal world, this would be enforced on a software level, however, as of now, as long as the casino states this clearly in its T&Cs, we cannot penalize the casino for confiscating your winnings, nor we are in a position to force the casino to return you the winnings. Therefore, we believe that the casino denied your winnings in compliance with their terms.

I can only recommend that you always check the bonus T&Cs before you activate any offer and keep in mind that casinos usually do not allow this type of bonus use.

Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Kristina
