The player’s provided required information twice, but his withdrawal request was not processed. The casino stopped responding to his messages. This complaint was successfully resolved.
My status is that the payout has been approved. That status was as at the 3rd of October 2019. After that they have now twice requested my account details. Once by Gordon and once by Eunice. This information was provided to them initially when I requested the withdrawal in September. They do not reply to my messages or e-mails. In total I have been waiting for a month.
