The player admitted he had not sought permission from the casino to use his wife's card. We had informed the player that without prior approval from the casino, we could not assist. We had advised him that his wife could request a refund. Due to these circumstances, the complaint had been rejected.

I strongly advise against this SCAM!!! I made about thirty deposits using my wife's card and they were all accepted. They also accepted three withdrawals from the same card, however once I won a slightly large sum of about 7,000 [currency], delays started occurring for the payout. Then they outright refused to pay out, hiding behind the explanation that it's not my card. They didn't give any prior warnings or ask me to change the card for withdrawals. They just took the money, a well-planned scam!!! Initially, they allow you to top up from another card, but once there's a more or less substantial win, they see an opportunity to profit. I strongly recommend not to play at this casino!!! It's a SCAM!!!
