The player from the United States has been restricted from using live chat. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Casino banned me from live chat, despite my loyalty casino falsely accused me of going-in-circle about my requesting for support as they never resolve any of my issue. Slotocash refuse to allow me to get their Sloto Magazine and not refusal for VIP club despite my frequent deposit, they are are not transparent with me at all and refused to offer any coupon promo. I continued to play here for they always payout upon winning and it their RTP is better compared to other casino. I like to complain that banning from live chat is unfair to me for I am truthful at all times. I am an honest player to be treated like this, need a mediator to lay out the facts to them so they can be more transparent and be legitimate to frequent player as I am.
