I checked the list of the restricted jurisdiction and it's available on the casino's website:
6.1.7 It's forbidden for players from Afghanistan, Åland Islands, (...), Réunion, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Saint Barthélemy,(...), Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe to play at Dailyspins.com. This includes both FIAT and Cryptocurrencies.
When trying to access the website from Russia, the website didn't load, and when accessing the website from a different restricted jurisdiction (Romania as an example), I received the following notification: 
When I registered and tried to fill out the player's profile information, Russia wasn't available:
Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.
- Which country did you access the website from?
- Could you please share the email you received from the casino informing you, you can't play with them?
- Send the information to my email at tomas@casino.guru
