I registered on the site yesterday, after which I replenished funds on their site. I won only $ 10 and decided to withdraw, while I canceled the bonuses that I had. The games I played: blackjack, slots. Then they asked me to go through kyc verification, which I passed from a third party (sumsub carried out verification). Also, the support agent confirmed to me that players from Russia are allowed to play on their site. A day later, my account was blocked and they wrote that I cannot play on their site and they cannot withdraw even the money that I replenished on their site. I can no longer open the support chat to prove to you what they wrote to me about my permitted jurisdiction (Russia). file Good day, I used a VPN and was able to log in easily (I used Germany). I always have a VPN on, maybe that's why it happened. I filled in random data, because casinos have never required verification from me before.

If you use a VPN to circumvent a country block, check the options found in your player profile for options to enter your country.
