they let me make deposit played and went for CASH OUT WITHDRAW AND WAS DENIED INFACT COULDNT EVEN MAKE A REQEUST AS THE WITHDRAW CPAGE WOULDNT SHOW UP WHEN I REQUESTED WAS INFORMED A MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME AND NEVER HAPPENED

opened the account years ago made my last deposit 11-16-23 i went on a chat with an agent for the third time a couple days ago told them of the problem went back and forth and she said she would have a manager contact me and that happened with all 3 different agents and never been contacted by a manager yes i was on a 250% no playthrough bbonus
