The complaint has been stemming from March of 2023. I had changed my Withdrawal method for the $2500 i was withdrawing to coindraw. Because i heard it was more faster than bank wire. In the midst when i tried to change it to coindraw the system wouldn't let me. So i was asking Customer service and they said I had not completed the wagering requirements on that Withdrawal. And that i would have to playthrough $8,000 before withdrawing. The problem was they tied my Withdrawal that was originally made in March with a bonus that had started in April. I thought that was fraudulent. So ironically enough I played through the 8,000 and ended up being able to withdraw 10,000. They didn't think I would play through it. Well about time I got to my last $2500 to withdraw, the site took the Coindraw method I was currently using away from me. So I had to change my $2500 over to bitcoin method. Which started my withdraw process all over again;and has been sitting since 4/27/23. I've been asking what's happening with my Withdrawal? They last time talked they asked for my bitcoin address again. And said they would get back to me. But I don't believe them because of what the company has done thus far.

Hello kpease13,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Slot Madness Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When did you request for the first withdrawal and how long after that did you claim the bonus? Was the first initial balance accumulated from real money or bonus as well? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

I have been verified since at least january. The first withdrawal that sent me on this Neverending hole was originally requested on 3/8/23 for $310.89 And I canceled that Withdrawal on 4/23/23. To switch to bitcoin withdrawal since I heard it was faster(screenshot below). But couldn't because they said I hadn't played through my wagering requirements (ATHLETE). Which was requested on April 22, 2023 with my deposit $150 (screenshot below). So a whole different coupon and deposit. But they somehow tried to combine the $310.89 I originally requested on 3/8/23 with the coupon ATHLETE that wasn't even a thing 3/8/23 when I canceled the $310 transaction and tried to switch to coindraw April 23. The original withdrawal was accumulated from a bonus (PADDY250) on March 8, 2023. Over the 2+ months I've been sending in all my documents and forms of identification. They've been saying they're going to send my information to a higher being and not get back to me. I recently sent my bitcoin receiving address to them. And they just denied it today saying I need to send additional documents I've sent before. So I'm going to send them AGAIN and get back to you.

I would like to ask Slot Madness Casino to join us help us resolve the player's issue. Can you please clarify the timeline and why was the player's real money balance mixed with a new bonus?

I used the PADDY250 No Rules bonus on March 8th. I won and withdrew $310.89 on the same day. I then waited almost two months for my wire transfer to come through with the Winnings. On April 23rd I decided to cancel the Withdrawal and switch to bitcoin. When I canceled and tried to switch to bitcoin they said I had to play through $8,000 on the coupon ATHLETE. Which I deposited $150 to on April 22nd. The $310.89 is obviously not from the ATHLETE bonus, but from the PADDY250 bonus. Slot madness said the opposite. So I ironically played through the 8,000 and made it to $10,000+ Withdrawal. I was able to get all but the last $2500 that's been sitting in my slot madness account since Apr 27th. I've turned in my whole life of documents. As of now they canceled my withdraw. And asked if I could send in my bank statement again. I just did. Now I'm having to start the whole process over again.
