It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is an unusually long time.

Ok first of all o never chosen bitcoin to withdrawal and I have been threw the verification process 3 times already and the only option they give me to withdrawal is bitcoin. I don’t want to use bitcoin.
Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessary, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
If you have been advised by the casino to use a Bitcoin e-wallet, I would recommend opening a Bitcoin account. It is fast and safe and you can always convert Bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account. I have reviewed the situation and I'd love to help however the terms and conditions of the casino as well as the free chips themselves state that only one free chip is valid between cash deposits. This would be the 2nd consecutive free chip and this account has no history of deposit. The current funds in the account are unfortunately not valid for withdrawal. Another note, I noticed that you have more than one casino account registered under a different email address shanesekay1989. Only one account per player/household is allowed so I would highly suggest contacting customer service and having the secondary account deactivated or it could cause you further headaches in the future.

Dear shanesekay1989, were you aware of the rule that only one free chip is allowed between cash deposits? I have found this rule in the casino's terms and conditions (here).
4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
Unfortunately due to this, none of the funds are eligible for withdrawal. Please let me know if I overlooked something otherwise I will be forced to reject your complaint.

i can never get customer service and the only one you want deposit as they say 10.00 min which is a lie they want you to deposit 30$ to get your money and I don’t even know how to work bitcoin.
