The player from United States had requested a withdrawal five months ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. The complaint was closed as resolved as the palyer received his winnings to his crypto wallet.
I have submitted all my paperwork I have done everything that they asked me to do it has been since March 4th 2021 every time I talk to them they just tell me that they are working on it and to keep waiting it should not take over 6 months to get paid out

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost half a year is a long time indeed.

It's already been over a week since I gave the gentleman my updated documents and I still have not seen the funds! All I keep hearing is that it's going to be pushed through and I will be getting paid soon but nothing ever happens

I'm not sure why they were unable to send to my bank my bank accepts international deposits.. but it's okay I've done what was requested and sent them my Bitcoin address so I'm hoping something is resolved now!! This has now been over 6 months!
