The VIP player from Puerto Rico had redeemed a special coupon for $100 free play and, after fulfilling the wagering requirements, requested a cash out. The casino denied the withdrawal on the basis that the player had redeemed a free bonus before. The player admitted to having used multiple no-deposit bonuses consecutively, which the casino's terms prohibit. After reviewing the evidence provided by the casino, we confirmed that the casino's decision to deny the withdrawal was in accordance with their terms and conditions. Therefore, the complaint was rejected.

I redeemed a cojpon naned ACESSVIP that was for 100$ free play and max cash out 100 with a wagger of 4000 this coupon in the descriptions says clearly that free chips and spins in a row are allowed. Its was a special bonus given by all inclave casinos to vip players. When this coupons are not allowed to certain players they dont let you redeem it. This was a special one that was allowed to all vip and did not matter if you played a free bonus before. When i made the wagger after various days i requested cash out and they deny it because i redeeme a free bonus before offering bonuses that then they not want to pay.   • When was the last time you deposited to the casino before achieving your winnings?

Yes i redeemed no deposit bonus before that but in the description i send in the screenshot says free bonus and chios where allowed to that vio bonus.

Have you received any explanation from the casino as to why your payout was void?

Upon reviewing the screenshots again, each of the screenshots appears to refer to a different casino.

The transaction history is from Slot Madness, while the rest are different brands. Could you please explain the discrepancy?

Yes are dieferent casino but its the same bonus i have the screenshitt of slot madnes they voided vecause i played before free chip but there says they are allowed. I will upload this casino screenshot and the response of the agent

I have reviewed the situation and unfortunately the win in question was the result of the 6th consecutive free chip without history of deposit in the account. The terms and conditions of the casino as well as the free chips themselves state that only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions, for that reason the requested withdrawal was denied.


Hopefully this clarifies things. Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.
