I received an email from silveredge casino and given a free $325.00 No Deposit Bonus to use, I used the no deposit bonus and made the $6,000.00 dollar playthrough which I verified first before I attempted to make the $100.00 dollar withdrawal the amount allowed. Long story short I submitted my documents for verification got an email stating they'll review my info and let me know within 24hours what will happen with the withdrawal... it's been almost a month now and I haven't heard not one thing everytime I ask through about it through live chat there's always an excuse as to why they're not processing my withdrawal NOT ONCE have they said that I wasnt eligible or defaulted in any of the bonus requirements. They just don't want to grant my withdrawal.. smh.. the reason I'm asking for help is because the last time I attempted to inquire about the withdrawal they kicked me out of the web page. They want me to make a deposit to "speed" up the process my take is what if I do and they do the same thing as they're doing rite now..? I have no problem in making a deposit but why would I want to when they act like this over $100.00 dollars I can just imagine 500 or 1,000... I would appreciate a little assistance. Please and thankyou.

Dear Guillermo,

It is very common that you have to deposit in order to withdrawal - it is also required to verify your payment method that it belongs to you. Could you please advise if you did deposit since then?

Please if you did not, try to make just the minimum deposit so the casino will have record of your payment provider and the deposit. It should really make the process much faster.

Honestly I haven't made a deposit to silveredge casino. I would make one if they would grant my withdrawal they haven't even verified my documents which I been sent it.. I've already made several deposits with other casinos and been verified by them and this has been after this casino. I might go ask again to see what's going on.

It is mostly required to deposit first as the casino needs to verify your payment method and only after that, you will be able to withdraw. I spoke to the casino regarding the withdrawal they said I have to wait 90 days for my withdrawal to be processed. I'm just waiting.

They said because I have not made a deposit so I get put last in priority. I'm not to worried it's fine I guess.
