Please could you provide more information and details, so we can understand completely, what the issue might be? Have you completed KYC verification successfully in the past? Did you receive any explanation from the casino, for rejecting your withdrawal? 

From the answers that you submitted, it looks like you’ve accumulated your winnings from no deposit bonus play. Is that correct? According to promotional terms and conditions: "The Casino will occasionally offer Promotional Coupons as "Free Chips". The maximum withdrawal amount for any free chip given is 1x the value of the free chip. For example if you are given a $100 free chip and request a withdrawal amount of $500, you will only be approved for $100."
