Was not approved for withdrawal because I don't get a utility bill (gas,cable,water, electric, landline) in my name. Even tho I submitted the following documents, my Illinois State drivers license and a copy of mail addressed to me from the U.S. IRS. Each if those more than proves my identity and legal residence.
