Hello, I was issued a Loyalty reward of a $100 after wagering the required amount to withdraw $200 which I did. I made a withdraw request on 09/09/2024 with no update on my request I contacted customer support for an update on 09/16/2024, at that time i was told by a customer support agents that i needed to provide my bitcoin address again an after that she was going to escalate my withdraw request. It's now 09/22/2024 I have yet to get an update regarding my $200 winnings. Their time frame on bitcoin withdraws on their website says fastest payout is not true at all its been almost 3weeks and I still have no winnings or update. I just want my winnings of $200 after i received my money i will be done with Silver Oaks Casino.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
