It has been a month since have been verified and requested a withdraw. I submitted my withdraw request weeks ago for $500 of the $1000 that I won. I actually won $16000 but because of the forst deposit bonus rules I could only cash out 20 times my deposit of $50. So after submitting my withdraw request for $500 because their rules are $500 a day they only allowed $300. It's been weeks and my bank has not seen anything from them. It's just $1000. Why must this be so difficult?

I have reached out to them on numerous occasions. All I'm told is I will get the money in the time frame but this is not the case. The time frame has come and gone. They get their money asap but take weeks to pay out. I don't see how a casino can stay in business with such negative experiences.

Could you please clarify if this was your first withdrawal attempt? Also, I only see 1 pending withdrawal of $500 in your screenshots. Do I understand correctly that the rest of your winnings is still in your casino account?
