Yes my account has been verified since about March 25. I used a bonus with my deposit but followed all rules and did my playthrough. It's been pending for about 3 weeks now and I last spoke with a customer chat yesterday and keep getting the same thing over and over. We are sorry for the delay and will message the appropriate team and rest assured they will take care of it. I keep getting that same answer over and over and emailed the withdrawal team and have heard nothing
