I made two withdrawal requests for $2,500 each. I've been waiting for months and the payments department will not respond to any emails. When I go to talk to customer support they always tell me the same thing that they're sorry for the delay and that they will forward my complaint to the payments department. I have made one withdrawal from them before and didn't have a problem but now that I have won a substantial amount they won't respond.

I'll have to go back and look when my withdrawal from sector 777 was made but it was only a couple of weeks prior to my latest withdrawals. Surprisingly I believe it only took a week to 10 days to get my last withdrawal from them. I have passed all verifications so I'm sure that's not the problem. I know the winning were from a bonus not sure exactly which one it was but I definitely played by the rules. Just went back and asked them about my withdrawal and they assured me that it would be forwarded to the appropriate people but they haven't even approved either one of my withdrawals so I really think they're not going to
