Hello, the following problem. I successfully verified myself at Scatters last year in August. I've already successfully paid out here. Now, on Monday, April 11th, 2022, I requested another payout, I didn't use a new deposit method or changed anything in my data. Now the casino asked me again to verify myself completely. I pointed out to the support that I am already fully verified, here I received a standard answer that I should upload the requested documents.
I did so, so far my documents have still not been checked. How can it be that I have to fully verify myself 2 times within 7 months if I haven't used a new deposit method. It means withdrawals are processed within 2 days, so you can of course avoid this and buy time. I have never experienced this procedure in any casino before. I feel it as if you want to delay the payout. I would now like to have my payout promptly, since I had already fully verified myself in August!

When was the last time you processed a withdrawal from the casino? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current balance in the casino? When exactly did you send them the verification documents for the second time.
I believe that some casinos might request players to do 2-3 verification during the year just to be assured that everything is legal. It is a common procedure in many casinos and it is just probably a matter of time before you could withdraw if you have already made several withdrawals in the past.
