My Sapphirebet ID 9********

I've just created the acount recently.

I've mainly created account in Sapphirebet because CasinoGuru is one of the partner of Sapphirebet as they mentioned in Website


Today I deposited 9USDT for testing the website deposit times. It has been sucessful. Now I wanted to deposit more, So I clicked on Deposit page, It says 'Authorization error '


When I sent Email, their response is automated like

"Hello! The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason."

"All consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread."


I DID NOT BET EVEN ONCE. I just deposited and they blocked my deposits. I can't understand this at all.


As you are one of the partner, please give me any kind of reason on why my deposits are blocked without even betting.?

  1. I have requested my deposit money, but they have removed the payment method which I used for deposits in withdrawal section, so had to withdraw using another withdrawal method.
  2. I'm unable to bet on any casino, live casino, virtual sports.
  3. They have not told me about anything, I've withdrawn myself.


I can't understand why am i blocked right after depositing crypto, i have never placed a single bet.
