The player from South Africa had been waiting for his withdrawal to be processed for two months before submitting this complaint. We closed the complaint as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and there was still no progress two weeks later after the casino was notified about the player's complaint. The player later informed us that he had received the winnings. The complaint was closed as 'resolved'.

In July 2021, I played games at Sahara Sands Casino with a free bonus that required me to withdraw up to R1000 after fulfilling the wagering requirements. I won and asked for a withdrawal. Verification documents were asked for and I submitted them. I was also asked to make a formal deposit and did so with an amount of R250. On the withdrawal options, there were SKRILL, WIRE TRANSFER, BITCOIN, and cannot remember the other ones. I first used Skrill and nothing happened and there was no feedback from the Casino until I made a follow. Then I was told that Skrill was not able to handle my withdrawal. I had to do a Wire Transfer. I submitted a withdrawal request using Wire Transfer but nothing happened. After making a follow-up, I was told that the Casino was having problems with my Bank and so I needed to open a Bitcoin account. This I did and submitted yet another withdrawal request. I was told that this was going to be processed. I am still waiting and no feedback has so been sent to me. So I am still waiting for the withdrawal since July.

Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with SaharaSands Casino. Please note that this casino has really bad rating on our site so there might be a possibility that they won't be responding once we will try to contact them.

Based on your screeshots you provided, the last withdrawal was issued only a week ago, therefore I would definitely recommend to wait at least till the end of this weak for the money to arrive as it usualy takes 14 days to be fully processed - even if BTC should be a little bit faster.

Please let us know on friday if the money arrived or not, and if they won't, we will be looking further into it.

Thank you, Nick. I wish I had known about the reputation of the said Casino. They have very attractive offers but are not able to support players as my case shows. I hope that Casino-guru will be able to assist and also challenge them to deliver since failure to do so could tarnish the image of many online casinos. I look forward to a speed processing of my withdrawals.

I feel that this is international fraud at its best! When I deposited my money, it was instant. When I want a withdrawal, it takes so long. Why can't it be said that such Casinos are actually robbing people? I have no explanation as to why, since July, goalposts have been shifted. I wanted to continue playing online games but now I am not able to because I could lose monies without a trace! Do we really need to go this far? Could we not also publish to the whole world that SAHARA SANDS CASINO is FRAUDULENT???

As you might know, BetBit Casino received a ‘Very bad reputation’ from us, which means we would not recommend players to choose this casino. I strongly recommend you only choose casinos that received at least a ‘Very good reputation’ in the future.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. I hope you will never come across a problem like this again.
