The player from United States has requested a withdrawal two months ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Withdrawal was made on 4/18/21

This was made 2 months + 4 days ago.

My documents and account was verified within 10 days of requesting withdrawl. All i get now are emails saying it was sent to next department and to access 24/7 chat with questions. I go on chat and all they do is VERIFT my info again and say they will expedite my request.. Then I get another email saying within 5 days I will get a response. Currently stuck in email/live chat loop. Ive verified info with them 5x already but nothing is happening. Requesting BTC withdrawal, thats the only deposit method I have used.
