scam casino...had already been verified fully...they wanted me to deposit thru litecoin so i did after they blocked my account for being able to withdrawl....they said sent them verification so i did they responded to it send me another piece of id that 1 is expired which was not even expired they claimed it was because it was gonna expire soon but said it was expired...so i have not got my new id yet anyways i cant access the account now its right impossible to gain access i should have known they use thier casino to give people free spins bonuses to trap them into a deposit then they make it impossible to gain access to the account this is now the 2nd time ive won 100$ on inclave casinos and cant get my money because the casino will become locked

As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and they may refuse to accept any document if it expires soon.

  • Do I understand correctly that verifying your ID seems to be the only issue? Have you provided any other documents to verify your account and have they all been approved?
  • Could you please clarify the expiration date of your ID?

so i win 100 dollars then get told oh all you gotta do is deposit 10$ with litecoin and instantly you can cash out....i deposited 16$ with litecoin instantly i was locked the hell out of my account and this is the 2nd time now on this network ive lost winnings i won fairly.....the worst part about this 1 is winning on a free bonus then being scammed to deposit money into the casino that can clearly do as they please to keep your deposited money along with the money they should be paying you....imagine i deposit 1000$ its gone instantly as they had no intentions on ever allowing me the winnings so they should never suck me into making the deposit ever.

id was not the issue i was fully verified already this is the first casino that went in and seen my id card was gonna expire and wanted me to resubmit new id...when you verify yourself at places online with higher verification and your id is accepted and you already are verified in inclave they broke all my accounts inclave now i cant use any of my casino accounts im locked out them all because of rubyslots not wanting to pay me my 100 in winnings yet they force me into a deposit so they stole it also if they did never intend to pay should have just said we are not paying you the 100 not scam a person for 16 litcoin on top of it....only issue here is they are a scam casino that refuses to play by the rules verified once is all you ever need to be not oh your card is gonna expire you need to verify yourself again. no thats a scam and why am i locked out because they are a scam
