The player from the United States has requested several withdrawals as far as one month prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.

I deposited 94 dollars on Feb 16 and got through the playthrough and was a withdrawalable balance of 1064 so I tried to withdrawal a thousand and it kept saying Payout cancel by external system validations. So I talked to customer service and they said to try 500 and 500 that didn't work kept saying the same thing. So I've been talking to a manager and like 5 customer service people and they all say the same thing we'll get a urgent message to finance. It's been a month and I still have 5 requested withdrawals. Don't put in this crooked casino All they are is a bunch of fraudulent f*ckers!!!!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that withdrawals are still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Ive talked to supervisors and they told me they would make it a priority to get this resolved. And it's not even pending its all requested yet. I here the same thing over and over but nothing is getting done. I had a withdrawal last year and it was 7 to 10 days but I actually got paid out.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Royal Planet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Royal Planet Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
