I won a two part bonus with this site on the 8th of this month. I actually was up 2000 usd but when I tried to cash out they reduced it to 269 stating the max withdrawal was 1.5x the bonus plus my deposit which was 31 dollars . The site claims instant e wallet transactions which is obviously a lie . I’ve tried to live chat multiple times and finally when I got thru to someone I was told 5-7 days max .. on the 8th day I tried getting thru again and after multiple attempts I was able to get a response. This time the agent told me I didn’t win the bonus round which was why I didn’t get my payout . I said what? It shows as processing in my history and I know I completed the play thru as the site showed that I did and which is how I was able to request the withdraw in the first place . All of a sudden he retracted his statement and said "he didn’t get me " and that now he was able to find the transaction and that I actually DID complete the bonus and it was for the amount of 296 (which isn’t true because it shows as 269 in the transaction history) I asked him why he said I didn’t win and he kept dodging and eventually tried saying he thought he was talking to someone else even though he knew exactly what bonus I was referring to and told me at first he’d show me how it said I didn’t win. Etc .. he tells me that it’s policy that it takes 10-12 days before I get paid ... he said I got wrong info in regards to the 5-7 days etc. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor which he of course said wasn’t available to speak to at that time. He kept assuring me I’d get paid and that they always pay everyone which after I did some homework found out that was far from accurate and that they have done this many times globally . I have screen shots of the whole convo as well as the convo with the other rep and pics of the transaction showing as pending and of all my account info etc if you need it . I’d like something done as I won fair and square and followed the rules in every aspect . Thanks in advance .

Could you please specify which exact bonus did you use? Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account verified. I sent you 5 emails the first one explains and answers the questions you asked and the other 4 are all filled with screen shots and proof as well as conversations with three separate reps from the casino all admitting I did win the bonus and all with different lies about when I would be paid out . Hope that helps if you need anything else just let me know

They’re still claiming there’s no manager available to speak with directly and telling me it’s "processing" and saying it will be just a few days etc etc .. just more lies.. this scam slime ball site needs to be shut down

Ha good luck. These people are crooks plain and simple. They won’t join or even respond I can almost guarantee it. They stopped replying to me via live chat now as well. Still no payment has been made to me and I was promised numerous times I’d " be paid this week" more lies .. they never intended to pay me I’m curious how many other people they’ve done this to. They think they can just keep stringing me along and making false promises and eventually they’ll just give up and the casino won’t. Have to pay out .. total scam !

As soon as possible? What does that even mean? It’s going on a month and I keep getting nothing but lies and the run around with different dates from everyone I speak to if I’m even able to get a reply at all not to mention the fact that one rep told me he could see in my account I didn’t even win the bonus then retracted his statement and gave me the wrong winnings amount then I was told that there was an error and it had to be reprocessed then I was promised a different date about 5 times now and still have nothing but you guys sure keep pumping out emails trying to get me to deposit more money in your casino lol. Here’s a thought , pay me and the rest of the customers you’ve screwed over and then maybe people will begin to trust you and feel comfortable and can count on actually recovering their wins in a prompt timely manner . And while you’re at it teach your chat representatives the proper procedures and teach them not to lie and then actually live by those policies and you might actually become a reputable and trustworthy virtual establishment. I spoke to a person by the name of "LEE" today claiming he was the supervisor at royal planet . He assured and guaranteed I would have my winnings on or by this coming Monday. Is that an accurate statement by an actual supervisor or was that more bull crap? It’s hard to tell the difference as I’ve been fed nothing but that from the get go furthermore I’m still waiting for an answer as to what specifically is holding up this process on your end as I’m sure casino guru is as well .

Well to NO SURPRISE they lied yet again! It’s now Monday at 5 pm eastern and still not a dime and still showing as processing on the site and support will not respond to my messages once again . I’ll upload the conversation with " Lee the supervisor" here shortly . I’m done playing with these trash bags . They think this is a game and they’re in for a rude awakening . I want to know what steps to take to escalate this matter casino guru times up with these crooks

10/17/20... still nothing! And now they won’t even respond to chat or email. I also won the same bonus on casinoroyalclub with the same results but this time wasn’t dumb enough to make a deposit and I messaged them asking how long withdrawals take and they refused to answer the question and just kept dodging it and begging me to make a deposit to get my winnings so I’m going to assume they’re the same casino with different name or at very least affiliates/partners with royalplanet. So yeah avoid that one at all costs as well!!!

Ha .. yeah they told me the same thing atleast two or three different times during this whole thing as well . I still can’t get them to respond to me on email or live chat but they sure keep sending me ads to deposit more money on their site ... right .. you can’t even pay what you owe me from over a month ago but sure let me just waste more time and money because I’m sure that will fix everything right ? Fat chance .. I’m not sure who provided you with that Information nick but I’ll almost guarantee it was just to extend this longer and to keep delaying the hit to their ranking and rating as long as they can ... or to wait to see if they can sucker another person into depositing so they can pay me off with that guys deposit and start this whole thing over again with the next victim.. the term is "rob Peter to pay Paul" I believe ... regardless I’m not holding my breath .. they’ve given me no reason to assume they’ll actually follow thru and haven’t thus far so why would they change now ?

I have received this information from a casino representative. We really hope this time they mean what they say. If the won't respond or you won't receive our money in the next 5 days, we will be forced to close the complaint as "unresolved" which could lead to casino rating decution.

Yeah again, I’m more than confident they won’t respond and if they do it’ll just be another lie to delay the inevitable even longer . I’m even more confident I won’t see this money by then if ever . These people are clearly trash just like their casino and they just get by on scamming people like they did me . I do appreciate all your efforts in attempting to get this resolved nick but you can’t stop people from being scum bags . Oh well if nothing else hopefully this will prevent people from ever going to their site and or ever giving them one red cent moving forward .
