I am a loyal player and gambler at Roobet recently I have run into an issue where my account was locked for no reason. I feel like I have been scammed because I was meant to get a monthly bonus which now I cannot because they have locked my account for no reason I think it may be due to the country I am in but looking at countries I am in a legal country to play on their site which I was playing on for some months now and all of a sudden they lock the account? what if I had money in that account guess I wouldn't have it anymore?

Since there is no possibility to register an account from a restricted country (see the screenshot below), as the IP address is blocked automatically, could you please advise if you have used a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to alter your location when opening the account?

Yes so weird even if they say it is restricted you can still login into the site and play they basically let you spend money on a "restricted area" and don't say anything and block your account What I would like is my deposits back, No VPN was used.
