The player from Germany had experienced a withdrawal error and had reached out to the casino's support team. He had been assured of contact from the financial department, however, no communication was received after two days, which left the issue unresolved. The player, who had not previously made successful withdrawals or passed KYC verification at this casino, revealed that his account had later been banned due to alleged fraudulent activity in the Live Casino section. Despite his denial of such actions, the player's account remained blocked. We had attempted to gather more information from the player to further investigate, but he failed to respond, leading to the rejection of the complaint.

I deposited 30$ here, won around 150$. While trying to withdraw, I had an error occured with some sort of code.

After I contact support, they told me they will contact financial department and will send me email how to fix it.

On the next day I saw I have not go any emails from them. I contacted support again, they said the email with recomendations had to be sent.... I said I have not got any, after that they told me to wait, financial department will send me new email with recomendations how to fix that error while withdraw.

Already 2 days passed since I contacted them 1st time about the issue. I got neither email about how to fix error, neither my funds.

I did not made successfull withdrawals here before.

I did not pass KYC as KYC was not requested.

The bonus was active, but I won my funds by playing on real funds, not the bonus.

They banned me few hours ago. The reason is "The Security Department at ROLR has concluded that a fraudulent method was employed in the Live Casino section. ROLR strictly prohibits any form of fraud or attempts to gain an unfair advantage. "


But I DID NOT used any forbidden strategy etc, I want my money for now.
