Hello,

I CANT WITHDRAW.

So I am filing a complaint against ROLLETTO, I registered on their site making a first deposit, I am told that I cannot play singles and that I must play at least 2 events and with a minimum odds of 1.3. When I ask to withdraw I am not allowed because I am told that I MUST play on 2 MATCHES to be able to withdraw and on minimum odds of 1.3. This has never been written on their rules to be able to withdraw it is necessary to play on a match not necessarily two and especially wit

Hello dear tomas,

SO im regisered since march 2023. I accumulate my wiinnings without ANY BONUS with live slots sport and casino.

I dont have any bonus and i never used one.

My username is thenacerm and my account is not blocked it is just that they dont accept my withdrawals

Every time withdrawals are refused.
