Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions and the Netherlands is indeed listed among restricted countries by the T&Cs:
"2.1.11. You are NOT a resident of a restricted jurisdiction such as : Australia, the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire, Belize, Curaçao, Netherlands, France, Saba, St Martin, or the Dutch West Indies."
What I have also discovered is, that this casino has set an IP block for players trying to register from the Netherlands:
Before we move forward with this complaint could you please clarify which country you used during the registration?
