The player from the Netherlands managed to create an account despite the fact that his country is restricted. Unfortunately, the player used a different country to overcome the casino's country block, therefore we were forced to reject this complaint.

Hello. I was referred to rocketpot by a twich streamer "Channel Two". She convinced me saying Netherlands players can play on rocketpot and also use VPN. I spoke to customer support of Rocketpot and they said that i can, from NL and also use VPN. I did many deposits and always lost. One fine day, I got lucky made 7000$( ~145 Mbtc).When i did the withdrawal, they asked me my documents. And the next day, they blocked my Account and my payment was denied. I was clearly deceived. Both by their affiliate and also their chat support. THey say now, i am from restricted country. My friends posing as new customers, when they spoke to chat support, they even advised them that NL residents can play and use VPN on their site. I request your help in getting me my withdrawal back.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions and the Netherlands is indeed listed among restricted countries by the T&Cs:

"2.1.11. You are NOT a resident of a restricted jurisdiction such as : Australia, the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire, Belize, Curaçao, Netherlands, France, Saba, St Martin, or the Dutch West Indies."

What I have also discovered is, that this casino has set an IP block for players trying to register from the Netherlands:

Before we move forward with this complaint could you please clarify which country you used during the registration?

Hello. They work with affiliates. Once such Affiliate is Anna( gf of FOSSGFX) both are streamers. She convinced me that I can play on rocketpot even being a dutch resident and i can use VPN. She said it is a "VPN friendly" website. So, i asked the rocketpot support too, to double check, before joining, if i can play there being a dutch resident and use VPN. they confirmed that I can!! ( Today, when i look at their webiste, they say any tools such as VPNs are prohibited, but their chat support blatantly say, "we are VPN friendly").

My wife and friends too spoke to chat support and they adviced the same. Hence, i gained confidence that it is a trust worthy website, i can trust the affiliate and chat support. I did multiple deposits. Always lost. But, i did a 150$ depo and i made it to 7000$. Now, they do say check our terms. we don't support NL!! file

Now, the casino, says they will return only my last deposit amount. But, i want a full withdrawal. The thing is, when i did multiple deposits. I always lost. They kept that money. Now in the same parlance, when i win with my deposit, I have to get paid the full withdrawal money.

I would not have deposited at all, had their affilliate and chat support totally convinced me that i can join their casino even being a dutch resident and use VPN as well.

I am sorry, Satish, but an allowed VPN still doesn't mean that you can use it to overcome the casino's country block. If you want to use a VPN, you have to make sure you access the casino from the allowed country first. Otherwise, you are creating an unfair advantage against casinos, because the VPN masks your true location and therefore casinos are not able to block you even if they tried, like in this case.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
